Rebuilding/Reshaping India on the ideals cherished by Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya by propagating his ideas.
To work towards building a cultural India based on human values.
The Centre aims at propagating the ideas of value education enshrined in our Classics and Religious System. It also undertakes and promotes projects/researches/studies, etc aiming at the legacies, contributions, thoughts, etc of our saints and local/national heroes. It endeavors to spread our Cultural ethos in India and abroad by organizing and sponsoring regional/national/international level workshops/seminars/conferences/symposia, etc. It also intends to launch ideologically driven Diploma/Certificate Courses in Indian value system.
Named after the Bharat Ratna Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya, the Centre encourages both the faculty members and the students to undertake outreach activities to concretize the vision of value system, which enables a person grow as a cultured citizen and good human being comprising sincerity, honesty, dedication, etc. Since its inception, the Centre has initiated several programs of generating awareness among the Youth. In the long run, the Centre plans to develop itself as an Umbrella with various cells working under its aegis with the sole motto that higher education in order to be useful for the overall growth of society should essentially be linked with value education, for valueless education creates ‘Robots’ which leads to the degeneration of values in the society ensuring its untimely extinction. The Centre promotes the indigenous Dharma rather than religion because Dharma encompasses all aspects of the social and spiritual world. We, strongly believe that Dharma can be defined as correct action, way of life or cosmic order based on the concept of both social and moral duty. The Centre employs the academic resources such as media reports, websites, YouTube Videos and documentaries that highlight the significance of values. The Centre is conscious of the fact that the loss of oral culture and the rise of scientific and consumerist discourses may lead to a less embedded way of life, and henceforth, has directed its efforts to compile the precious indigenous literature too. Centre Conducts Seminars/Conferences/Workshops/Tours/Essays Competition/Quiz etc.
